\u201cTWEETING\u201d is a word we try to avoid in The Economist<\/em>. But this hasn\u2019t prevented us from sending out our style guide<\/a> on Twitter, 140 characters at a time. To mark the 1,000th style tweet and the first anniversary of this feed, we have gone through all the messages to identify the most popular (as measured by the number of \u201cre-tweets\u201d\u2014followers of @econstyleguide<\/a> forwarding a tweet to their fans).
